HEAVY BUILD
The flagship. Slower pace, heavier load. Built around the rack. Rigs, barbells, dumbbells. Fewer reps, longer holds, more weight on the bar. The whole room moves together rep by rep, locked in and intentional. Fifty minutes. Power Hour runs sixty.
BUILD
The foundational format. Full body, controlled pace, sculpts and carves. A wider equipment palette than Heavy Build. Dumbbells, kettlebells, booty bands, benches, boxes. Glutes get attention. Core gets attention. Everything gets attention. Sneaky hard. Members underestimate it going in and feel every rep the next day. Fifty minutes.
HYBRID
The endurance format. Functional strength meets cardio. Athletic, full body, the class that empties the tank. Built to make members feel genuinely athletic. Higher tempo, higher intensity. Fifty minutes.
