Cycle classes are 45 minutes, focusing on boosting cardio + a short and sweet weights section to hit that full-body BURN.

It’s my first time, I’m a little nervous?

Our team of instructors will help you move at your own pace and push yourself as far as you feel comfortable. Try to arrive 15 minutes early and we will be sure to help you out.
