Training or Cycle?
We have two studios.
Training and recovery is on the 1st floor on the corner of PCH and Dover. An epic workout experience.
CAZ Training Club
100 W Coast Hwy, Ste 103, Newport Beach, CA 92663
Cycle is at the intersection of Jamboree and Campus, near UCI and John Wayne Airport.
CAZ Cycle
6220 Scholarship, Irvine, CA 92612
One crew, two studios. Your membership works at both.
What classes do you offer?
At Training: Heavy Build (instructor-led strength), Build (full body sculpt, station by station), and Hybrid (functional strength and conditioning). All fifty minutes. Power Hour slots run sixty.
At Cycle: forty five minute rides plus Power Hour. Cardio with a sneaky-hard weights section.
Cold plunge and sauna are available on site at Newport as an add-on.
It’s my first time, I’m a little nervous?
Everyone starts somewhere, and we’ve got new members in every day. Our instructors will help you move at your own pace and push as far as you feel comfortable. Try to arrive fifteen minutes early and we’ll get you set up and oriented. Most people are smiling on their way out.
How old do I have to be?
You’ve gotta be at least 15 years old to attend. If you’re under 18, bring a parent (or legal guardian) to your first workout.
What should I wear?
Whatever you’d wear to work out. Breathable, sweat-wicking, comfortable. You’re definitely going to sweat. Cross training shoes for Training (jumping, running, lunging). For Cycle, see the shoes question below.
Do I need cycle shoes?
Nope, front desk has rentals for $5. SPD and Delta clips compatible if you ride your own.
What is Power Hour?
A sixty minute class. A different format, not a harder version of the regular one. The extra time is only possible because of the room and the shared energy. Not the spot for a first timer.
