Built on a culture of celebration, positivity, and real connection, CAZ is more than a gym — it’s an experience that members feel the moment they walk through the doors. At CAZ, we believe life is BETTER WITH A CREW.
BE BETTER WITH A CREW
CAREERS AT CAZ
ALL CAZ CREW POSITIONS
INSTRUCTOR | LIFT | TRAINING | CYCLE
Instructors who don’t just lead classes — they own the room. Bring the energy, curate the playlist, set the vibe, and turn every workout into a full-on experience. If you live for the beat drop, love celebrating wins, and know how to make a room come alive, this is your stage.
MARKETING MANAGER
CAZ is looking for someone to own our story — strategy, content, email, and everything in between. You’d be the quarterback. We’ve got creators shooting, a photographer on call, and a library of content ready to go. We need the person calling the plays.
FRONT DESK CREW
The team that keep CAZ – CAZ. Who love being in the action — the first smile clients see, and the person who makes people feel welcomed, remembered, and celebrated. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love connecting with people, and take pride in creating an unforgettable experience, you belong at CAZ.
