FAQ

THE WORKOUT

Training or Cycle?
We have two studios.

Training and recovery is on the 1st floor on the corner of PCH and Dover. An epic workout experience.

CAZ Training Club
100 W Coast Hwy, Ste 103, Newport Beach, CA 92663

Cycle is at the intersection of Jamboree and Campus, near UCI and John Wayne Airport.

CAZ Cycle
6220 Scholarship, Irvine, CA 92612

One crew, two studios. Your membership works at both.

What classes do you offer?
At Training: Heavy Build (instructor-led strength), Build (full body sculpt, station by station), and Hybrid (functional strength and conditioning). All fifty minutes. Power Hour slots run sixty.

At Cycle: forty five minute rides plus Power Hour. Cardio with a sneaky-hard weights section.

Cold plunge and sauna are available on site at Newport as an add-on.

It’s my first time, I’m a little nervous?
Everyone starts somewhere, and we’ve got new members in every day. Our instructors will help you move at your own pace and push as far as you feel comfortable. Try to arrive fifteen minutes early and we’ll get you set up and oriented. Most people are smiling on their way out.

How old do I have to be?
You’ve gotta be at least 15 years old to attend. If you’re under 18, bring a parent (or legal guardian) to your first workout.

What should I wear?
Whatever you’d wear to work out. Breathable, sweat-wicking, comfortable. You’re definitely going to sweat. Cross training shoes for Training (jumping, running, lunging). For Cycle, see the shoes question below.

Do I need cycle shoes?
Nope, front desk has rentals for $5. SPD and Delta clips compatible if you ride your own.

What is Power Hour?
A sixty minute class. A different format, not a harder version of the regular one. The extra time is only possible because of the room and the shared energy. Not the spot for a first timer.

Booking a class

Where can I book my class?
Online at caztrainingclub.com or through our mobile app.

When can I book my classes?
Every Monday, two weeks of classes drop. Weekends and AMs fill fast. Book early.

What’s the cancellation policy?
We get it, sh*t happens. Cancel up to twelve hours before class, no penalty. Within twelve hours is a $15 late cancel. No shows are $18. Applies at both studios.

It’s California, I hit traffic and I’m running late?
Plan to arrive at least five minutes early. Sometimes things don’t go as planned, so if you’re within five minutes of class start, unclaimed spots get pushed to the waitlist. You may or may not lose your spot depending on demand.

I’m on the waitlist?
Classes do sell out, especially weekends. As classes fill, you can hop on the waitlist. When someone cancels, you’re auto-added to the class in the order you signed up. You’ll get a notification.

Buying Classes

Do I buy a membership or a class pack?
Both options live on our buy page. Memberships, class packs, drop-ins, the whole menu at caztrainingclub.com/buy.

Do you offer a trial?
Two weeks of unlimited access across both studios. If CAZ isn’t your thing, cancel before day fourteen and you’re not charged. If it is, it rolls into our 4x monthly membership.

Do you have a student rate?
Yes. $159 a month with a valid student ID. Dual access at both studios.

Random Sh*t

Is there parking?
Uhhh yeah. There’s nothing worse than no parking, so we’ve got three floors at Training and a whole parking structure at Cycle. Free, both spots.

Do you have showers?
Of course. Full locker rooms, multiple showers, vanities, Dyson dryers, DS & Durga scents, lemon verbena towels, all the necessary soaps and lotions and other things.

I get thirsty, do you have water?
The thirst is real. Training has a refill station on site. Cycle sells bottled water for $5 at the front desk. Bring a bottle if you’ve got one.

Do you have lockers?
Smaller cubbies inside the studio for your phone and keys. Bigger lockers in the locker rooms for the rest.

Can I bring my phone into the workout?
Strict no phone zone. Class is your fifty minute escape from the daily world. Leave the phone in a locker and just be in the moment.

What do I need to bring?
Good vibes. We stock the rest. Towels, mats, hair ties, ear plugs, whatever else you’d think to ask for. All free.

What makes CAZ different from other studios in OC?
The crowd. Our instructors are elite and the reviews show it, but what separates CAZ is the people who show up. Great people attract great people. You feel it on the bike or rack next to you.
