What kind of workout should I expect?
Our training workouts are 50 minutes and are built on a circuit platform (multiple stations with various movements). You can expect to see a mix of functional, HIIT (high-intensity interval training), and cardio movements. We have weights and modifications for all levels of experience and strength.

Cycle classes are 45 minutes, focusing on boosting cardio + a short and sweet weights section to hit that full-body BURN.

It’s my first time, I’m a little nervous?
We have new members every day! Everyone starts somewhere, and we are here to make sure you have a great CAZ experience. Our team of instructors will help you move at your own pace and push yourself as far as you feel comfortable. Try to arrive 15 minutes early and we will be sure to help you out. How old do I have to be?
Our mission is to help make the WHOLE world a healthier place, but you’ve gotta be at least 15 years old to attend. Also, if you’re under 18 make sure to bring a parent (or legal guardian) for your first workout.

What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes designed for working out. You are definitely going to sweat, so we recommend wearing items that are breathable and sweat-wicking. Also, wear shoes with nice grip and support (cross-training shoes). Some of our movements include jumping, running, lunging, etc.
