THE WORKOUT

What kind of work out should I expect?
Our workouts are 45 minutes and are built on a circuit platform (multiple stations with various movements). You can expect to see a mix of functional, HIIT (high intensity interval training), and cardio movements. We have weights and modifications for all levels of experience and strength.

It’s my first time, I’m a little nervous?
We have new members everyday! Everyone starts somewhere, and we are here to make sure you have a great CAZ experience. Our team of trainers will help you move at your own pace and push yourself as far as you feel comfortable. Try to arrive 15 minutes early and we will be sure to help you out. How old do I have to be?
Our mission is to help make the WHOLE world a healthier place, but you’ve gotta be at least 15 years old to attend. Also, if your under 18 make sure to bring a parent (or legal guardian) for your first workout.

What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes designed for working out. You are definitely going to sweat, so we recommend wearing items that are breathable and sweat-wicking. Also, wear shoes with nice grip and support (cross-training shoes). Some of our movements include jumping, running, lunging, etc.

Do I need my own heart rate monitor?
Heart rate monitors are an integral part of our workout and giveback components (learn more here). The heart rate monitors allow us to track your efforts and contribute your work to our monthly giveback goals. Without it, your sweat won’t be tracked. We offer loaner monitors + we also sell monitors too.

What monitors work?
Most ANT+ heart rate monitors can work with our system. You can add your monitor to your account via the app or online; if you need help doing this or have any issues our team will assist you during your next check in.

Booking a class

Where can I book my class?
You can book your class here online or through our mobile app.

When can I book my classes?
Every Monday, two weeks of classes will become available for booking. We recommend booking your classes in advance especially for Saturdays and Sundays.

What’s the cancellation policy?
We get it, sh*t happens, but our cancellation policy is a 12 hour window… Anything canceled less than 12 hours before class starts is a late cancel, and you will forfeit the class or will be charged a late cancellation fee (for unlimited members only). We also offer a same day class change – if spots are available – please email, info@caztrainingclub.com, if you need to do this.

It’s California, I hit traffic and I’m running late?
Our plan is that you arrive at least 5 minutes early. Sometimes things don’t go as planned, but if it’s within 5 minutes of the start of class, unclaimed spots will be pushed to clients on the waitlist. You may or may not lose your spot depending on demand.

Also, to ensure an epic CAZ experience the studio doors will close within 5 minutes of the class start time.

Can I change my class reservation?
If you are outside the 12 hour window, you can easily cancel and re-book a new class time. If it is too late and it’s within 12 hours of your class start time, you will forfeit that class or receive a late cancellation charge (for unlimited members only). Don’t forget, we also offer a same day class change – if spots are available – please email, info@caztrainingclub.com, if you need to do this.

Do I need to set up an account?
I know it’s a pain, but it is important that you set up an account. Your account let’s you login to schedule classes, buy class packs and memberships, and it helps us keep track of who’s coming to class and everything on the backend.

Buying Classes

Do I buy a membership or class packs?
We offer both class packs and an unlimited membership. Class packs allow for flexibility and compensate for “commitment-phobia.” We have 1, 5, 10, and a monthly unlimited option. We also have a one-time intro offer, buy one class get two free.

Can I book for a friend?
Yes, we love friends. If you have a class pack in the queue, you can simply hit book for a guest and follow the directions. Unlimited members can bring two amigos every month.

When can I book my classes?

I’m on the waitlist?
Classes do sell out, especially on weekends. As classes fill up, you can get on our wait list. When a client cancels, you will be automatically added to the class in the order you signed up.

Do you offer private classes for groups or corporate events?
Yes, we offer large group bookings, class exclusives, and event exclusives. We also offer corporate discounts for local businesses. For inquiries, reach out to info@caztrainingclub.com.

Random Sh*t

Is there parking?

Uhhhh yeah! There’s nothing worse than no parking…so that’s why we’ve got three floors of parking spots. Don’t even worry about it!

Do you have showers?
Of course! There is nothing worse than a sweaty drive home. We have full locker rooms with multiple showers, vanities, and all the necessary soaps, lotions, and other things.

I get thirsty, do you have water?
The thirst is real… we sell water at the front desk, reusable water bottles, + we have a water filtration station (say that five times fast).

Do you have lockers?
Safety is big. I mean sh*t phones are expensive today. We have smaller lockers located in the hall and larger ones inside the locker rooms for all your goods.

Can I bring my phone into the workout?
We have a strict no phone zone policy. Our class is a 45 minute escape from the daily world, so try to leave that phone in a locker and just be in the moment.
