Newport Beach offers group strength training and lifting (Heavy Build, Build) plus HIIT classes (Hybrid). All training classes are fifty minutes. Power Hour slots run sixty. Irvine offers forty five minute indoor cycling rides plus Power Hour. Cold plunge and infrared sauna recovery suites are available at Newport as an add on.

Yes. The majority of CAZ members are women. Group strength training, lifting, and HIIT classes built to be approachable and elevated. Heavy Build is the flagship lifting format, built around the rack with glute drives, hip hinges, and full body strength work, designed to be instructor led and beginner friendly. Premium amenities include cold plunge and infrared sauna recovery suites, DS & Durga products, Dyson hair dryers, and free towels and mats.

Yes. Glute work runs across the CAZ Training schedule. Heavy Build is the flagship lifting format and centers glute drives, squats, lunges, hip hinges, presses, and booty band work on the rack. Build is the foundational strength format and works glutes through hip thrusts, squats, lunges, and booty band work at station based formats with dumbbells, kettlebells, and benches. Booty Gainzz runs once a week, Saturdays at 10:30 AM, as a dedicated glute focused session. All classes are at CAZ Training Club, 100 W Coast Hwy, Ste 103, Newport Beach.

Does CAZ offer a free trial?

Yes. New customers get a free two week trial with unlimited classes at both studios (Newport Beach and Irvine). The 14 day clock starts on first class check in. If not cancelled by day 14, the trial auto enrolls into the 4x monthly membership at $99/month. Cancel anytime by emailing info@caztrainingclub.com.

Is CAZ good for beginners?

Yes. CAZ welcomes new members every day. Instructors help first timers move at their own pace. Heavy Build, Build, and Hybrid all scale to the member's experience level. Arrive fifteen minutes early to get set up and oriented. Members must be at least 15 years old; under 18 must bring a parent or legal guardian to the first workout.
